Job Description
- We are looking for Business Analyst with strong Product development & implementation experience who builds strong relationships with client stakeholders and development team for the entire change & transformation process in the implementation of the product.
- Product development and implementation with the development team - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the product live with in a defined timeline
- Analyse & translates business requirements into user stories and validate Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for demo
- Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases including providing feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes
- Develop BRD/FRD/User Stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
- Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
- Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the business and solution for the business-specific use case
- Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both stakeholders and product development teams
- Provide Key User Training and responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product
- Guide the stakeholders & development teams through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations
- Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and also recommend innovations to platform providers.
- Provide support to the business throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to end users)
- Prepare documentation like user manuals, technical manuals, hosting & configuration manuals from development teams to hand over the final product
