In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the testing lifecycle for Digital Banking (IBMB), ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Test Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Define and manage test environments, ensuring they are stable and representative of production systems.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders (business analysts, developers, project managers) to gather requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.

Test Execution & Management:

• Oversee the execution of test cases, track progress, and identify and report defects.
• Monitor and control test execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
