Job Description :
Minimum : 3 + year experience on :
- SQL Server Development/Programming, Performance Tuning, Indexing, Schema Design, TSQL(DDL & DML) scripts, stored procedures, functions and other database objects.
- Scripting and Code management.
Minimum : Minimum 3+ years Experience on :
- Experienced in Database Design and Modelling.
- ER Diagram.
- Ability to understand Business requirements and design database accordingly.
- Good in performance tuning especially tuning complex queries, procedure.
- Strong understanding of database design, troubleshooting, and management.
- Experienced in handling production support responsibilities, improving the support activities using automation tools where ever applicable.
- Designing and coding database tables to store the application's data.
- Memory utilization, and alert log file for MSSQL Server.
- Refactoring of Old Design/code.
Minimum : Minimum 2+ years Experience on :
- Modernizing the old code, Advance Database coding, best practice.
- Code review and SQL query tuning.
- Basic on Project Architecture level and data flow knowledge.
- Project level Data Auditing.
Must have experience with :
- SQL Server 2019 & 2022 and T-SQL in both OLAP and OLTP environments.
- Experience in support in MS SQL Server environments.
- Must have experience on Tracing/debugging tool like SQL Profiler.
- Database Tuning/optimization and Monitoring, Performance tuning strategies and implementation.
- Design databases, ensuring high availability, business continuity, scalability, stability, security, performance and reliability to support business applications using MSSQL Server.
- Monitoring, tuning and performance optimization of OS/Storage/DB configuration/databases and related parameters like, table space utilization, CPU utilization, Hard Disk Utilization,.
- Performance tuning and query optimization experience using execution plans and performance tuning tools (e.g, Perfmon, Pssdiag, Profiler, Extended Events and DMVs).
Good To Have :
- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.
- SSIS,SSRS other ETL ,Good data Analysis skills and reporting knowledge.
- Experience in Data Modelling, Database design and well versed with SQL Server best practices.
- Understand reporting requirements and map to Data Models.
- Engage with ETL Developers to create or design extracts that feed visualizations.
- Hands on experience in ETL tools for data flow transfer and management,Should have command on DDL and DML.
- Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues, and experience with best practices around database operations.
- Worked in Data Warehousing , Data Modeling ;
- Data modeling to visualize database structure.
- Design, plan, and develop programs to optimally extract, transform, and load data between data sources.
