Job description

SPRINPAK MANUFACTURING LLP is a manufacturer of flexible packaging with product portfolio includes Roll form packaging, Stand up zipper pouches, Spout Pouches, 3D Pouches etc.

We looking for suitable candidate for the role of Quality Expert Executive.

Inward Quality Control and Assurance Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for all manufacturing processes.
• Work and coordinate with QC team to ensure standardised and defect free manufacturing
• Conduct inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the setup and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure accurate testing results.

2. Process Improvement and Optimization

• Identify and analyze root causes of quality issues, developing corrective and preventive actions to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimize the quality of final products.
• Processes include:
• Printing - Color Matching with Delta E, Halftone matching, Color Density, Vescocity control, Production Approval
• Lamination - GSM Check and control, Green Bond, Bond peel test, Curing monitoring
• Slitting - Winding Direction, Winding
• Pouching - Key Line Diagram, Burst Strength, Seal Strength, Drop Test, Leakage

3. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA, etc.) for packaging.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and audits.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation of all quality control and assurance activities.

4. Testing and Validation

• Perform tests for durability, resistance, color accuracy, and label adhesion to meet client and company standards.
• Validate new designs, inks, adhesives, and materials for consistency and quality before mass production.

Qualification and Key Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience is required
• Required graduate in BSC, Polytechnic
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Should be a team player
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office is a must
