Job Description

Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP is a manufacturer of flexible packaging with product portfolio includes Roll form packaging, Stand up zipper pouches, Spout Pouches etc. We looking for suitable candidate for the role of HR (Human Resources) Executive who handle all type of recruitments, employee relations, benefits, and compliance, support organizational growth by fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee needs, and ensuring effective HR policies and practices.

MALE and FEMALE both preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing internal hiring of all positions
• Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Using social media, portals, various consultants, internal referral schemes, etc. for effective recruitment
• Conducting telephonic, video, face to face interviews
• Onboarding and exit formalities.
• Vendor management.
• HRMS operations.
• Maintaining periodic trackers and MIS.
• General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. 4
• Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing HR and administrative support queries.
• Leave and attendance management.
• Planning of company events or activities.
• Supervising team activities with active follow ups
• Reward & recognition program execution.
• Employee engagement.

Qualification and Key Skills:

• Mininum 2 Years experience is required
• Any Graduate + M.B.A (H.R.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Should be a team player
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office is a must
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
