Executive Assistant

Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP is a manufacturer of flexible packaging with product portfolio includes Roll form packaging, Stand up zipper pouches, Spout Pouches etc.

We are looking for an executive assistant to the MD. EA will play a key part of the MD's office, providing executive-level support for the MD in a fast-paced and changing client service environment, focusing attention to detail and accuracy is must.

Responsibilities

• Acting as thought partner and trusted advisor to the MD, making sure they have the best available information.
• Bridging working relationships with the MD and other employees of the company
• Managing and follow ups of delegated works to employees by the MD
• Handling professionally all external business relationships
• Organising and maintaining MDs calendar, mails, phone calls etc.
• Facilitating arrangements of travel for domestic and international
• Lead the coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes for any important profiles
• Development of standard operating procedures for the company
• Performing all other tasks as given from time to time

Skills:

• Previous experience as office executive / coordinator or executive assistant.
• Very good hands on experience with internet browsing and research
• Excellent experience and knowledge of MS Excel and its advance formulas
• Excellent proficiency with technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Fluent English speaking.
• Teamwork and motivational skills\Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good follow up skills.
• Ability to work independently in highly varied settings.
• Ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, exercise discretion while handling confidential information, and apply sound judgment in making impactful decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma.

Experience:

Min 2 years previous experience
