Technical Communication: Construct workflow charts and technical diagrams, as needed, to facilitate effective communication within the technical team. Code Review & QA: Perform peer code reviews and provide support for QA and User Acceptance Testing. Innovation and Updates: Stay current with upcoming Salesforce releases and integrate relevant updates into the technical strategy. Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for all implemented solutions. Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented, problem-solving environment that values adaptability and creativity. Must-Have Skills Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including: o Configuration (Flows, custom objects, fields). o Core Salesforce Platform(Apex, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services). o Lightning framework experience, including Aura and Lightning Web Components. Source Control and CI/CD: Experience with source control tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes.
