- Handled corporate HR role in TA 3 years

- Prior experience of working in Talent Acquisition in contemporary organizations with good practices ,Employer branding, social media work,

- Prior work ex if possible of working in any MNC, consulting background

- Preferred to have someone who has done TA in space of search firm and then moved to corporate roles

- Experience: MBA/MMS in HR from a good institute with 15-18 years of experience.

Job Purpose:

- Hire the right talent for corporate functions at the Head Office. Work closely with department heads to attract skilled employees. Ensure a smooth onboarding process so new hires can start contributing quickly. Lead key HR projects to support business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage hiring for corporate teams

- Work with hiring managers and external recruiters to find the best candidates.

- Ensure all new employees complete joining formalities and orientation.

- Handle campus hiring and career growth programs for new recruits.

- Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives.

- Organize events like new employee introductions and induction programs.
