Roles and Responsibility
- Create and execute learning strategies training programs including planning, program preparation, infrastructure readiness.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide. Liaise with external agencies to execute training programs, functions by internal trainers / experts
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Organizational Development initiatives
- Digitized interventions for learning
- Lead the supervisory capability development areas - communication, coaching performance management.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
