Pre-Sales Associate-Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales team to understand business requirements
• Preparing and maintaining database of prospective clients
• Engage in proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging software technologies
• Helping the sales team to reach the targets
• Conducting research into the industry including competitor research
• Exploring new markets or clients to contact, based on the knowledge of products/services and their users
• Co-ordinating with different stakeholders, sales, and marketing team
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Focus on achieving the targets defined and assigned

Desired Skills:

• MBA in Sales and Marketing.
• Bachelors degree in computer science/IT is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
