Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & mentor engineering managers across development functions.

- Oversee projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Optimize resource allocation & resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity & data protection standards.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales & Customer Success teams.

- Define best practices, SDLC processes & establish KPIs.

- Drive automation & ensure high-quality product releases.

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.

- Expertise in software development, system architecture & high-performance systems.

- Experience in .NET, Node.js, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS & cloud technologies.

- Proven ability to deliver complex projects with multiple integrations.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices & GDPR compliance.

- Passion for sports technology or experience in the sports industry is a plus!
