Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Executive at our VIT the companyXR Centre of Excellence with 3 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, exceptional client engagement abilities, and the capability to lead workshops and training programs for students and professors. This role is vital for building and maintaining client relationships, supporting educational initiatives, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and effective outreach.
Client Demos: Conduct impactful demos of our AR/VR solutions, effectively showcasing the technologys value to potential clients.
Workshops & Training: Organize and manage workshops and training sessions, especially for students, to demonstrate the potential and practical applications of our technology.
Community building: Develop and implement community-building initiatives by organizing events, facilitating workshops, creating communication channels and fostering engagement among students, faculty and alumni.
Social Media Management: Manage social media channels to build a strong online presence, foster community engagement, and drive growth by creating and curating relevant content, interacting with followers, and tracking trends to amplify brand impact.
Lead Generation: Travel as required to client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to represent our brand, showcase XR solutions, build valuable relationships, and drive lead generation and business opportunities.
Follow-Ups: Engage in daily follow-up with prospective clients to build strong relationships and maintain client interest throughout the sales process.
CRM Management: Update and maintain Zoho CRM with client data, interactions, and pipeline progress to ensure accurate records.
Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular insights and feedback to the sales and product teams to help refine our offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage client relationships, workshops, and follow-up tasks.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities to deliver effective demos and training sessions.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate different client time zones.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, including experience with data management and reporting.
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to client success.
