15. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
16. Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
17. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
18. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
19. Supporting store manager as needed.

The Assistant Manager for the Sports Center supports the daily operations, converts walk-in, phone enquiries and ensures high-quality service for all members and visitors.
