Managing accounts and business development activities with existing and new clients, with continuous on-the-go support and services for all existing clients in BFSI space.
Will be responsible for all training to be imparted to users across existing and new clients.
Should be able to co-ordinate with Product and Tech team for all user requirements, and bridge the gap between clients and technical team
Working constantly for client success engagement, and developing relationships with existing clients to up-sell/cross sell other products of the Company.
Facilitating end to end setup of products and services with existing and new clients and sharing reports with management and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task when working towards deadlines.
Managing service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues while ensuring minimum TAT.
Well versed in preparing presentations and reports including commercial proposals, e-mailers and other marketing material as required for both, customers as well as internal stakeholders and management
Over viewing the accounts allocated in terms of usage of the Co services, the billing reconciliation, payment and also other formalities in terms of on boarding the clients.
Responsible for questionnaire, customer feedback form design and implementation.
