Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Splashgain. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in working with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their requirements with our offerings.
Your exceptional coordination and communication skills will be instrumental in supporting customers, sales teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective customers, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Align customers requirements with Splashgain s product offerings, ensuring a tailored solution that meets their expectations.
- Provide timely and effective support to existing customers, addressing their functional queries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, acting as a liaison between the organization and customers throughout the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and technology teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
- Conduct engaging and informative demos of our solutions to both clients and prospects, showcasing the value and capabilities of our products.
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure seamless execution of product-related activities, actively following up on customer requirements and feedback.
- Traveling domestically to meet clients as and when required by the company is an essential part of the role.
