Senior Java Developer

At Splan, the Senior Java Developer (5+ years of experience) should be proficient in Angular 7, and knowledge of Backbone JS is advantageous. He/she will be responsible for developing robust software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Strong proficiency in Angular 7, including experience with building responsive UI components, implementing RESTful APIs, and working with reactive programming.
• Solid understanding of Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.
• Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues, identifying, and implementing effective solutions.
• Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
