Finance Consultant | Loan Associate - Mumbai (Koram Mall)

About the Role
The candidate shall be responsible for assisting and coordinating with used car loan customers for
collecting customer details, document collection, down payments, car delivery scheduling & loan kit
signing. The candidate shall also be required to follow up and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for
end-to-end processing of loans.
Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and
communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems,
backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. The candidate is expected to have experience with
more than 1 Bank/NBFC in auto loans.
Key Responsibilities Include
● Pitch about loans.
● Clear Customer queries and help them for booking.
● Taking Follow Ups
● Basic Documents Check
● Handling customer profiles
● Coordinating with Credit Team
● Token Attach Rate
Requirements
● College graduate
● 1-7 years of experience in auto loans (experience in used car loans is preferred but not
mandatory)
● Experience with DSA is preferred
● Age upto 35-36 Years
