Trainee Intern

Role Summary:The Production Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day production activities at the sock plant, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, machinery operations, and quality assurance. This position is designed to provide practical knowledge and develop the necessary skills for a career in the production domain.Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support:
• Assist in setting up and operating machinery used in sock manufacturing.
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations and identify any issues promptly.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Quality Assurance:
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in the production process.
3. Process Optimization:
• Participate in identifying areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
4. Learning & Development:
• Attend training sessions to understand various aspects of sock manufacturing, including knitting, finishing, and packaging.
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn about machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Safety & Compliance:
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Educational Qualification:
• ITI /Diploma or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Aptitude:
• Familiarity with production machinery or willingness to learn.
• The role involves working in a factory environment with exposure to manufacturing machinery.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
