Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo structured training and hands-on experience to develop your skills in leadership hiring and executive search. You will assist in identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level professionals in top organizations while gaining insights into market trends and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Research:
    • Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
    • Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to source top talent.
  2. Candidate Screening & Engagement:
    • Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Build relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with the client-facing team to understand job requirements and expectations.
    • Assist in preparing detailed candidate profiles for client presentations.
  4. Market Insights & Data Management:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and market dynamics.
    • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  5. Training & Development:
    • Participate in structured training sessions to develop expertise in leadership hiring practices.
    • Shadow senior consultants during client and candidate interactions to gain practical insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of work experience (internship experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
    • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn.
  • Attributes:
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passionate about talent acquisition and leadership hiring.
