Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of allotted 72 Knitting Machines from the previous shifts Knitting Technician.
Keep the Knitting Machines in 1st Quality Production & Rejection below 2%.
Attend all Minor and Medium level Breakdowns of Knitting Machines.
Carry out Colour Change / Size change as per Plan.
Intimate Senior Technicians for the machines with Major Break down.
Take Quality Round of allotted Knitting Machines to Check the Quality of socks knitted.
Record the Breakdown attended during the Shift.
Hand over charge to Next Shifts Knitting Technician.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Technician in Article Change.
Assist the Senior Technician in Cylinder Change.
Assist the Senior Technician in conversion from Flat Knit to Terry Or Vice versa.
