The Warping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warping department in shift, ensuring that all weaving processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing workers, maintaining equipment, overseeing quality control, and working closely with other departments to ensure production targets are met.

Role & responsibilities

Executive the line production of Direct warping

Manpower planning for daily shift operation

Daily Yarn requirement for warping

Beam Planning for Next process

Daily production, Rejection report

Troubleshooting for Running machine and defect

Direct warping Machine maintenance and Spare part planning

Manpower handling

Independent Shift Handling

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in weaving or textile manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of weaving processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
