Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating between cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals align with business objectives, and driving successful project outcomes within the scope, budget, and timeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead complex projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring clear scope definition, timelines, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Manage and mitigate risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, status updates, and alignment with project goals.
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and manage project team workloads to meet deadlines.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to improve project delivery and collaboration.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement learnings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in managing complex technical projects.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering principles.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
