Role & responsibilities

• Manage the production process from initial client brief to event execution.

• Develop detailed event production timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.

• Oversee the planning of logistics, technical needs, and staffing.

• Lead and manage a team of production assistants, crew, and other event staff.

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are met.

• Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with event teams.

• Create and manage event production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Track expenses and provide financial reports to senior management.

• Ensure resources (equipment, materials, and manpower) are available and utilized effectively.

• Supervise the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all technical elements and logistics run smoothly.

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site and provide quick solutions.

• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times during the event.

• Lead post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collect feedback from clients and event teams to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in event production, project management, or a related field.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Event Management is (preferred).

• Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of event logistics, production processes, and technical elements (audio/visual, lighting, etc.).

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel as required.
