We seek a dynamic business development associate to assist in driving sales and expanding the business. You will attract new customers and establish solid relationships with them, all while maintaining your current clientele.
Other responsibilities will include market research, the creation of business strategies and pitches, the management of various projects, and the identification of new business opportunities. You will collaborate with multiple departments while reporting to the Head of Business Development.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, improve the companys reputation, and seek out novel and inventive ways to market our products. A history in sales or marketing is highly desired.
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely related field.
Skills Required
Preferred experience of one to two years in business development or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and under pressure.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Personable and affable demeanor.
Competent with Microsoft Office and other pertinent software.

Performing market research and identifying prospective customers.
Developing strong relationships with new clients while maintaining those with existing clients.
Compiling and managing client data in the CRM database.
Working closely with departmental personnel to implement growth strategies.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, plans for client service and retention, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
As needed, assist with the drafting of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents.
Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to deadlines.
Find new business opportunities and potential partners.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to interact effectively with diverse levels of management, staff, and clients.
