UI/UX Designer - Figma/Creative Suite (3-4 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in designing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Figma, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for graphic design and user-centric creativity. This role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to craft visually stunning and highly functional mobile app interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

1. UI/UX Design :

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android).

- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.

- Ensure designs are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and enhance user experience.

2. Graphic Design :

- Create visually compelling assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations for mobile apps.

- Design marketing collateral and promotional graphics to support product launches.

3. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement feedback.

- Communicate design concepts effectively to developers and stakeholders.

4. Creativity and Problem-Solving :

- Identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.

- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and competitive.

5. Usability Testing :

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and optimize designs.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, specifically for mobile applications.

- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

- Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus.

- Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusive design.
