Job Summary :

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and high-performing web applications using React. You will collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver quality software solutions that meet our business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, efficient, and visually appealing web applications using React.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high performance and usability.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the development process.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development with proficiency in React.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Proficient in version control systems (Git).

- Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

- Understanding of modern development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- A passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

- Previous experience in projects involving Gen AI or related fields.
