Oracle APEX Developer (3-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Oracle APEX.

- Write efficient, optimized, and maintainable code using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Perform database and application-level performance tuning to ensure optimal efficiency.

- Debug and resolve issues related to performance bottlenecks.

- Work closely with clients to gather and understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure project alignment.

- Actively participate in client meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

- Develop and execute unit tests to validate the functionality of application components.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage version control using GitHub and deploy applications via Jenkins.

- Independently explore new features and functionalities within Oracle APEX and related tools based on training and documentation.

- Identify opportunities to improve application design and development practices.

- Support and enhance applications built using Oracle Forms.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Oracle APEX : Extensive experience in developing applications.

- Strong proficiency in database programming and query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub for code versioning and collaboration.

- Familiarity with Jenkins for deployment automation.

- Knowledge of Oracle Forms and its integration with Oracle APEX.

- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and data modeling.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in agile development methodologies.

- Prior experience working on large-scale Oracle-based applications.

- Proactive and self-driven approach to learning and development.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
