Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager for Facial Aesthetics will lead the business unit, aligning market strategies with international goals, driving market preparation, brand planning, and sales strategy for product launch and commercial performance. This role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and key account management while promoting a positive organizational culture and professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership (15%):
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and industry authorities.
- Align country strategies with international objectives.
Sales Planning and Execution (50%):
- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies and territory planning.
- Facilitate business development, optimize costs, and track competitor activities.
People Management (25%):
- Coach and develop a team of 4, including 2 people managers.
- Drive performance, foster teamwork, and align efforts with organizational goals.
Expense Management (10%):
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns within budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles in the Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device industry.
- MBA preferred; experience with direct and indirect markets advantageous.
- Proven track record in sales strategy, leadership, and market development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong team leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Expertise in key account management and sales force coaching.
- Commercial acumen and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
