About the Role: As a Fleet Manager in Spencers Quick Commerce division, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring fast, reliable, and cost-efficient deliveries. You'll manage fleet operations, optimize routes, and lead a team of drivers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Fleet Operations: Manage day-to-day fleet activities, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

• Manage Drivers: Lead and coach a team of drivers, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service.

• Optimize Routes: Use data to improve delivery times and reduce costs by optimizing routes.

• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain fleet compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Monitor Performance: Track key metrics like delivery time, customer satisfaction, and fleet utilization.

• Cost Management: Control fleet-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance, to stay within budget.

• Collaborate: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.

• Leverage Tech: Use fleet management software and GPS to monitor and improve fleet performance.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 3+ years in fleet management or logistics, ideally in e-commerce or quick-commerce.

• Customer-Focused: Ensure on-time deliveries and great customer experiences.

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with fleet management software and data analysis tools.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and driver performance.
