Tele Caller - Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update details as needed.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism while interacting with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to maximize business growth.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages – English, Hindi, or regional languages].
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
