We require the following role for its India operations on Work-from-Office basis from its Mumbai location.

Job Profile - Cloud Lead

Location - Mumbai

Employment Type - Full-time, Work-from-Office, Rotational shifts (24 X7) including night shifts

Preferred experience - 8 10 years

The Role

This is a Lead role managing and overseeing the Cloud platform of the client and provide L3 level support. The candidate should have experience working extensively in engineering, deploying, and integrating solutions on one or more cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, etc. This requires handling the building blocks of cloud platforms like compute and storage resources, networking stacks (load balancers, security groups, ACLs, routing basics), workflows, logging, and config management, etc. This also requires to have a good knowledge of one or more scripting languages, like Python, Golang and on automated deployment on Cloud.

Manage a blend of Windows and Linux-based corporate systems and applications through configuration management processes and Tools. Troubleshooting, diagnostic and tracing capabilities on Cloud platforms. Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Configuration managers to share information or coordinate action on emergency Change Requests.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Cloud engineering team for deploying and integrating solutions on one or more cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, etc.
• Perform periodic server, storage & cloud infrastructure maintenance
• Be responsible for delivery of cloud service management services to clients
• Collate, maintain and report against SLAs for the Cloud Infrastructure Services team
• Deploy and manage Docker / Kubernetes infrastructure (AWS EKS) along with other AWS Cloud services
• Line manage a team of up to 5 Cloud Analysts for daily weekly reportage
• Lead a team of Cloud Analysts to complete service management activities to time, cost and quality
• Work on ITSM tool or Jira with Incident, Change and other Request modules.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Cloud technology base and a general understanding of other technology bases used by client
• Lead the CCB CDOs Cloud work stream
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time.

Must - Have Qualifications:

• Must have experience in L3 Support, AWS, AZURE
• Hands on Experience in AWS cloud services and familiarity with cloud computing concepts like EC2, S3, ELB, Auto scaling, EBS, RDS, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Elastic IP, Transit Gateway, Route Tables, Route 53, Cloud Watch, IAM, SQS, SNS and SES. Etc.
• Rich experience in Devops tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes / Docker for automation, orchestration, containerization.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient software releases.
• CI/CD delivery using configuration management tools such as GitHub, VSTS, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Jenkins, Maven, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, key management, encryption, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.
• Delivery using modern methodologies especially Agile, LEAN, etc.
• Experience and hands-on with monitoring solutions, such as: ELK, Kibana, Zabbix, SCOM, Dynatrace etc.
• Experience working with large scale IT projects related to design, deployment and configuration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering or Tech Graduate from any recognized University in India or abroad
• A good and advanced understanding of UNIX / Windows with hands-on experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and administering production systems at scale would be preferable.
• Abreast with developments in the IT industry, in particular around Cloud providers
• Previous experience with the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable, and secure systems.
