Assistant Manager - Commercial Finance - FMCG - CA/ICWA (2-10 yrs)

Require CA or ICWA Candidates Only

1. Implement financial policies, approve exceptional expenses, resolve WB claims and driving high standards of compliance in the commercial areas.

2. Responsible for the credit reviews of the company to ensure the receivables are in control and as per company norms.

3. Responsible for conducting AR reviews for India Foods Business

4. Assist the RSMs in monthly review of Smollan & DSM VAN expenses

5. Maintain customer pricing, Customer master, MRP to NSV value chain, Scheme master, Product net margin.

6. The incumbent is a single point contact for all queries at HO regarding Sales data / information on - Distribution Cost & Market Damages.

7. Responsible for analysing freight costs, supply chain costs against trends/budgets.

8. Monthly Review of Actual Trade Spend compared to Provisions at Channel Level

9. To lead the market damage audits/ Analysis at the region, to finalize 3rd Party auditor and provide schedule for market returns / damages audit at distributor location and provide analysis to Regional Sales team.

10. Responsible for statutory compliance at the region, SPOC for GST compliance at the region and support / guidance to the Business team on the taxation requirements at the region

11. Responsible for initiating a legal action at the region, Closure of Appeals and Assessments at the region.

12. Drive automation of reports through advanced IT platforms to reduce manual process & save time.
