Job role:

You are going to work on IT Staffing / Candidates delivery to client's project / Account Management / Time Sheets follow up / other Recruitment services / HR related general admin tasks.

Your profile:

- Experience as IT delivery manager / accounts manager / HR manager - Junior Level or MidLevel

- Experience in HR operations / Business Development / Accounts management if any

- Exposure to Gulf Markets ( UAE / Saudi / Qatar / Kuwait / Bahrain / Oman)

- Support HR team for candidates delivery as per client's JD

Job / Responsibilities:

- Candidates delivery

- Facilitating Candidates interviews to client / Candidates delivery

- Day to day HR operations

- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

- Recruit the right candidate(s) for onsite - Gulf clients

- On-boarding the candidates to onsite project/operations team

Nice to have:

Having any Gulf / Experience is added advantage

Having any onsite experience / work permit + visa process - is added advantage
