Website Design Specialist - Wireframe/Sketch/Figma (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and vision, translating these into effective website designs. You will be responsible for creating intuitive grayscale prototypes and delivering visually compelling, high-quality designs. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team on diverse and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business challenges, target audience, and goals.

- Translate client requirements into user-centric grayscale wireframes and prototypes.

- Develop visually appealing and functional UI designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

- Present and justify design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

- 4-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing website design projects.

- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Proficiency in creating low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and information architecture.

- Ability to translate complex business goals into intuitive and functional design solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with design systems and style guides.

- Familiarity with responsive web design and accessibility standards.

- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
