Urgent vacancy for the role of Manager - Design (marketing) with a Fintech organisation.
Location : Gurgaon.
Required Skills: Experience in video production and digital storytelling, Deep knowledge of design, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery, Expertise in digital marketing and creative content development, Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, Proficiency in design softwares and programs (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.)
Mandatory:
1. Need Candidate From - NID (National Institute of Design) type design based Tier 1 college Only
2. Candidate should be from tech and Product based companies.
2. Candidate will work work on complete designing of product, software and complete look of designing either in marketing or tech.
3. in-depth knowledge of design, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.
4. Proficiency in design softwares and programs (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.)
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Be in charge of the visual narrative of
- Align your efforts with writers, social media managers and the brand manager to deliver impact.
- Put your creative cap on and think up ideas that push the envelope.
- Convey stories using graphics and use experience and judgment to develop great visuals and videos.
- Continuously experiment to produce visuals that are distinct, disruptive and engage the audiences.
Responsibilities will include:
Functional Expertise:
- Lead the design of campaign creatives, performance-driven graphics, product visuals, and all other design needs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into creative strategies.
- Support internal stakeholders to ensure the brand identity is consistently represented across all marketing communications, including digital and offline channels.
- Provide guidance in the creation of content, including graphics, videos, animations, and copy that engage and inspire the target audience.
- Test graphics across various media and ensure they are optimized for integration, performance, usability, and sustainability.
- Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, brand managers, and other internal teams to produce high-quality, on-brand design solutions and successfully launch projects.
Problem Solving:
- Take the lead in breaking away from established visual paths, pushing creative boundaries, and finding innovative ways to tell the story through design.
- Continuously test and iterate on graphic designs, ensuring that they are optimized for both visual impact and functionality across different channels and devices.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and ensuring high standards of design are met across all projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to craft and execute design strategies that elevate brand presence across various marketing channels.
- Oversee and streamline the design process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Interaction:
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas and design perspectives clearly and effectively with team members to shape and refine creative strategies.
- Regularly interact with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align on creative direction and ensure cohesive, impactful execution of brand initiatives.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry):
- Relevant Education in Design or Graphic Design.
- 5-8 years of relevant or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in video production and digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their creative content formats.
Skills & know-how:
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details with in-depth knowledge of design, typography, color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.
- A strong portfolio of related works showcasing the above-mentioned qualities.
- Proficiency in design softwares and programs (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent Communication and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while working on team project.
- Expertise in digital marketing and creative content development.
- Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus
