Senior Delivery Manager (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a candidate with 10-12 years of exp. in pure-play software delivery, technical project management, and classical project management across various technologies.

The ideal candidate should have experience in cloud environments, with expertise in stakeholder and vendor management, along with team leadership (minimum 5-6 years).

A proven track record in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously and assembling teams based on project requirements is essential.

Candidates must come from a core software background, not infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the development and implementation of IT projects to support our business using Agile methods.

- Lead agile teams to achieve business goals by prioritizing projects, allocating resources, managing risks, tracking progress, and contribute to building high performance culture in the teams.

- Should ensure that team follows strong DevSecOps principles and deliver work with high quality.

- Prioritize and coordinate requests between internal business units and external IT vendors

- Provides direction to project teams handling all aspects of development such as planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, and change management.

- Ensures that team has a strong DevSecOps culture leading to desired outcomes.

- Guides team members to ensure they have fulfilling career. Builds a team that is self-improving and adapts to changes.

- Builds strong relationship with other Business Unit heads and provides innovative products and services to meet their objectives.

- Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes

- Prepares and administers work unit operating budget; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised programs according to established guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. 10-12 years of Experience implementing modern architectures including Event architecture, Streaming, and Microservices based Solutions over Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

2. Strong experience on different design patterns

3. Hands-on experience on different databases (Relational ( SQL Server, MySQl) and Non-Relational ( MongoDB).
