Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Business Valuation - Senior Manager with one of the Global CPA firm.

Experience: 10+ years

Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Seeking a Senior Manager for our Business Valuations group.

- The Senior Manager will be responsible for business development and oversight of the valuation practice.

- Assists in growing and managing the group's Valuation Consulting practice.

- Manages/performs consulting engagements as required.

- Should have 4+ years experience managing a team.

Skillsets Required :

- ASC805 or PPA or Purchase Price Allocation

- ASC350 or Goodwill Impairment

- IRC 409a or ASC718 or Common Stock Valuation

- ASC820 or Portfolio valuation

- Business Valuation

- Financial reporting valuation

- Tax Reporting Valuation

- Gift Estate Valuation

Good Have Skillsets :

- Monte Carlo simulation

- Binomial Lattice

- Derivative
