Node Js Backend Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for our IoT platform.
• Work with databases including MongoDB and MySQL.
• Implement SOLID principles in software design and development.
• Write and manage backend cron jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with proficiency in log parsing.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Design, develop and maintain scripts that parse data from multiple sources-Websites, Excel reports from emails, API streams and aggregate this data into Elastic search.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with external data sources and APIs
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar
• Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
