As the HR Manager for Spectical Asset, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring their success in promoting and selling Spectical Asset s real estate properties. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions related to our network, fostering a positive work environment, and driving performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to equip channel partners with the knowledge and skills required to effectively market and sell Spectical Asset s real estate properties.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance performance and drive results.
Performance Management:
Establish performance metrics and goals, regularly monitor performance, and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
Recognize and reward top performers to motivate and incentivize continued success.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales, including licensing and certification for channel partners.
