Job Description
As a Test Assignment Lead, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:
- Lead the test assignment and relevant stakeholders in an agile setup.
- Oversee and plan software testing and align the test plan for IT Quality with stakeholders.
- Initiate communication with developers, lead architect and scrum master on access management, defect management, demo sessions related to prepare and execute IT Quality test.
- Prepare user acceptance test and execute.
- Responsible to align with lead architect and developers for d documentation and reporting of bugs.
Qualifications
- Master s or Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Should have 6+years of experience with relevant 5+years in testing.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Ability to translate business requirements into test cases.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations. (Good to have)
- Certification in software testing or quality assurance. (Good to have)
