Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Work in IT Finance & Supply Chain department supporting the globalsolution owner for Blue Yonder based application Enterprise SupplyPlanner(ESP)
- Monitor and support IT operations for Infineon global supply planning solution with our third party providers
- Provide guidance on complex incident and root cause investigations to IT operations team and handle escalations
- Manage operational change requests and ensure that proposed solutionsdo not impact system stability
- Participate in IT project tasks as and when needed, mainly rollingout SAP across various Infineon production sites
- Work together with project teams to manage the release of new ITfeatures\/ functionalities and hand-over to operations
- Manage relationships to business stake holders and act as IT contactperson for Infineon Supply Planning community globally
- During an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your newtasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of yourprofessional and personal development we want to ensure your success inthis position. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Professional experience in the areas of IT or supply planning
- Basic technical or programming skills ( PL\/SQL, interfacetechnologies )
- Experience with supply planning systems or other planning IT applications a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drill into details ofmore complex topics
- Good communication skills in English
- Enjoy working and collaborating across global teams
