ABOUT ROLE:

The HR CoE Rewards & Performance Management Specialist is a dual-focused role dedicated to advancing the organization's compensation and benefits strategy and the performance management system (PMS). This position plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing reward structures while evaluating and enhancing the PMS framework globally. Key responsibilities include managing compensation benchmarking, pay range development, and the annual merit planning process, alongside driving PMS awareness, goal setting, and performance reviews. Collaboration with business units, strategic HR analytics, and handling appraisal-related processes are critical components of this role.

Roles And Responsibilities:


Rewards Specialist:

- Analyze, design, and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, Short-Term Incentive (STI), and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.

- Conduct market benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys to provide data-driven insights for competitive pay structures.

- Perform detailed cost analysis of compensation programs and prepare recommendations for leadership.

- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives.

- Provide analytical support on reward programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.

PMS Specialist:

- Evaluate the existing PMS framework and design a globally standardized and integrated system.

- Act as the custodian of the performance management process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of KRAs and KPIs across the organization.

- Drive PMS awareness campaigns, including training for line managers and employees on goal setting and feedback practices.

- Ensure compliance with performance review timelines and facilitate mid-year and annual appraisals.

- Address performance appraisal-related grievances and prepare actionable plans for underperforming employees.

- Analyze performance data to support talent development initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with business leaders to promote a culture of continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.

- 5-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management.

- Proven expertise in handling end-to-end PMS and compensation structures.

- Strong analytical and data mining skills; proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive outlook, assertiveness, and agility to navigate complex organizational challenges.
