ABOUT ROLE:
The HR CoE Rewards & Performance Management Specialist is a dual-focused role dedicated to advancing the organization's compensation and benefits strategy and the performance management system (PMS). This position plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing reward structures while evaluating and enhancing the PMS framework globally. Key responsibilities include managing compensation benchmarking, pay range development, and the annual merit planning process, alongside driving PMS awareness, goal setting, and performance reviews. Collaboration with business units, strategic HR analytics, and handling appraisal-related processes are critical components of this role.
