As SpeakIn grows its presence across global markets, we are seeking a dedicated and results driven Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with SpeakIn's mission.

Job Description:

- Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for client retention, upselling opportunities, and operational excellence, contributing significantly to the organization's growth trajectory.

- This role requires a proactive approach, a client-first mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- By coming up with innovative ideas/ blue sky thinking, creating building blocks through experimentation, and this environment will push you to challenge the status-quo - all at a pace that is exacting, but nonetheless, exciting!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning SpeakIn's offerings to meet business objectives.

- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

- Track account performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing SpeakIn at industry events and client meetings.

Ideal Experience:

- Proven global sales experience.

- Strong academic record from a reputable educational institution.

- 5-8 years of work experience including top-tier Strategy Consulting, hyper growth company or Start-up, and/or Investment Banking firm with proven leadership record - Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to business development, marketing, project management etc.

- Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen.

- Solid communication skills and high proficiency in using MS / Google suite.

- Comfortable with frequent leadership interaction and presentations.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles.

- Able to work effectively across geographies and manage stakeholders closely.
