JJob Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Tele-sales to join our sales team and
help us introduce our premium product offerings to high-end business clients. As a Tele caller,
you will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers at potential client organizations,
identifying their needs, and introducing our premium products as solutions. This is an excellent opportunity
to work with an established brand and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to businesses (B2B) to introduce and promote our premium products.
● Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Marketing Directors, etc.) within targeted organizations.
● Build rapport and establish trust with high-level executives to generate interest in our offerings.
● Understand the clients requirements and position our products as the ideal solution.
● Provide detailed product information and answer client queries regarding features, benefits, pricing, etc.
● Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or follow-up calls for further discussions.
● Maintain a well-organized CRM system with up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
● Continuously track and report on performance metrics to ensure high conversion rates.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
● Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience in B2B sales, tele calling, or inside sales (preferably in a premium product/service environment).
● Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
● Excellent hold on English with clear enunciations and no MTI.
● Ability to engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers confidently.
● Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
● Target-driven and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
● Ability to adapt quickly to new products and market trends.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
