Have 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench Sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment
Marketing the bench consultant profiles, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing
Experience in working with OPT / CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens
Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals like Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn etc
Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099, and corp2corp)
Ability to develop and maintain client/vendor networks
Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel
Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result-oriented
Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Holist of the company on a periodical basis
Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
Must have Good Experience in Cold Calling, Price Negotiation, and Need to have Good Convincing and Closing Skills. Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
