Sparity - Quadient Developer - CCM Tools (6-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer with a strong background in customer communication management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the Quadient suite, including Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar, along with a proven track record of handling large-scale transformation projects in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and understand business needs for customer communications.

- Analyze existing systems and workflows to design efficient CCM solutions.

Quadient Suite Implementation :

- Develop and manage CCM document composition using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scalar.

- Implement scalar jobs for email, post-processing, on-demand requests, archival, and multi-recipient distribution.

- Configure and optimize environmental setups to align with enterprise standards for scalability.

Template Optimization & Migration :

- Review, analyze, and optimize templates, identifying and resolving any setup errors.

- Design and configure applications for seamless migration from legacy systems to the Quadient platform.

- Import and integrate forms from current legacy systems into the Quadient environment.

Project Delivery & Collaboration :

- Work effectively in onsite/offshore models to ensure successful project execution.

- Provide guidance and support for tool configurations, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

- Actively contribute to large transformation projects within the insurance domain.

Technical Expertise & Development :

- Develop workflows and deploy programs using manual or automated changesets/packages.

- Leverage basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, XML, PostScript, and AFP for document composition.

- Explore opportunities to enhance workflows using other document composition tools (e.g., OpenText, DocPath).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Quadient Expertise :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Suite (Designer, Interactive, Scalar).

- Proficiency in data input, processing, layout design, imposition, and output models.

- Knowledge of ICM (Interactive Content Management) and program deployment processes.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of CCM best practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, PostScript, and AFP.

- Familiarity with other document composition tools is a plus.

Domain Knowledge :

- Extensive experience working on transformation projects in the insurance domain.

- Strong understanding of communication requirements in highly regulated industries.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Ability to work collaboratively in a global onsite/offshore delivery model.

- Proven capability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and guide stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with additional CCM or document composition tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
