Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Explaining about SparesHub Franchise Program to the leads
• Responsible for building SparesHub franchise stores across India
• Responsible for customer acquisition for the Spareshub Franchise Model via video calls/meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Achieving the target of new franchise registrations and their payments
• Driving sales through the franchise partners for automobile spare parts.
• Overseeing/ coordinating marketing and sales operations for achieving target, profitability and overall growth.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with Franchise partners
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsible for achieving the target and to improve the market share.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience- 2 to 5 yrs of relevant inside sales experience
• Good speaking & listening skills in multiple languages
• Prior tele-calling experience is a must.
• Preference for female candidates
• Product or service selling experience with clear monthly/quarterly targets
• Should be self-driven and work independently to achieve results

Past Experience: High-growth startups and/or MNCs in the FMCG sector preferred.
