Hiring For Senior Vice President - Application Architect

Application Architect-

We are looking for an application architect who will play a critical role in the software development cycle, from gathering requirements to directing the activities of the rest of the design team. You will have to frequently examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development as well as find ways to align projects with enterprise-level systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Create detailed designs, including diagrams, documentation, and estimates.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Examine existing systems and programs to identify areas for improvement and integration.
• Identify potential issues between systems and specifications and propose new solutions to address them.
• Lead technical reviews and assessments of current systems and designs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Assist in proposal and project scoping activities with product and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Possess a high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyse in detail.
• 12-16 Years of experience in development / Design / Solution with Microsoft technologies
• 7+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience in financial services, especially microfinance.
• 10+ years of working experience with MSSQL/.NET and API Design.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft enterprise products.
• Technical experience and knowledge of architecture, solution development and deployment techniques
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with team leadership and motivation is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
