Senior Manager / Manager ( Costing & Finance )

Responsibilities:

• Cost Accounting & Maintenance of Cost records, Manufacturing Cost Audit, Accounts;
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
• Computing and filing of monthly, quarterly and annual returns to support direct and indirect tax compliance (such as TDS, GST); Handling accounting and payments (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Prof Tax, TDS);
• Preparing MIS cost reports to support decision-making
• Month-end book closing including accruals, journal entries, BRS, account reconciliations, Preparation of schedules and coordination for completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit
• Reconciling indirect tax ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
• Report process issues, identify the root-cause and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to check GST & TDS calculations in bills/ Invoices and its reconciliation Strong SAP knowledge & experience .

Qualifications:

• CMA / CA Inter Minimum 5 to 10 years
• Strong knowledge of cost management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP-FICO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Willingness to Travel.

Desired profile of the candidate :

• Candidate should have minimum of 10-15 years experience of Costing/Finance in Manufacturing Industry.
• Would need to have direct interactions and coordination with external Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Bankers, other service providers, and also Board of Directors.
• Prior experience of dealing with Income Tax / other Statutory officials would be advantageous.
