Vice President Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Own all general accounting functions in compliance with GAAP including monthly financial closing process. Control and manage AP, AR, Collections, and for all international teams in 4 geo-locations including USA, Mexico, India & China.
• Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures with a set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the Companys reported financials.
• Manage the accounting teams globally.
• Prepare, and file Annual Corporate tax filings, and Shareholder tax filings, sales tax filings for all sales verticals including Wholesale, Retail, and Ecommerce in US, EU, Latin America.
• Prepare, and file international subsidiary tax-filings including VAT/GST management.
• Manage the payroll functions with site leaders in all locations and all Human Capital Management strategies while adhering to regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the organization and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability including preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Stay current with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
